One account for transportation and vehicle work. Each service is requested on its own—availability depends on approved operators or live stations, not on a statewide promise.
Need a ride? See the fare, then request X, Comfort, XL, or BLACK.
Request a RideThe vehicle cannot stay? Get a locked quote before you commit.
Request a TowJump, tire, lockout, or fuel—help at the vehicle, not a tow.
Request RoadsideOil change at your location, matched to the engine first.
Request Oil ChangeRent a power bank from a live Louisville station.
Find a stationHow it works
Choose a ride, tow, roadside help, oil change, or a Power station. Enter the location the job needs.
Rides show an upfront fare. Tows lock a quote before you commit. Oil change confirms the engine. Power opens the live station map.
Matched jobs stay in the UPICK web app through arrival, completion, and the receipt in Activity.
How services fit together
UPICK does not automatically chain a roadside job into a tow or a ride. You choose the next service when you need it.
Request roadside for a jump, tire, lockout, or fuel. If the vehicle still cannot drive, start a separate towing request. Need a ride while it is moved? Request rideshare in the same account.
RoadsideTowing takes the vehicle. A ride can take you home or back to pick it up later. Those are two requests today—they share your UPICK account, not an automatic handoff.
TowingA mobile oil change comes to the vehicle after you confirm year, make, model, and engine. You do not need a shop drop-off unless you choose one.
Oil changeThe live web app
These screens show the same steps you take in the UPICK web app. Open the app to place a live request, quote, or rental.
The web app opens on the service you picked — ride, tow, roadside, oil change, or Power.
Rideshare shows an upfront fare. Towing locks a quote and charges after an operator accepts.
Once matched, you can track the operator from dispatch through arrival.
History stays in your UPICK account.
Completed jobs stay in Activity, where you can reopen the receipt.
Earn with UPICK
Independent operators apply once and only receive jobs they are approved to take. On completed rideshare trips, UPICK keeps 5% of the fare, with a $50 cap per operator each UTC week. Towing and oil change use their own quotes—not that rideshare table.
UPICK Power
Find a station on the map, scan the QR, rent a power bank, and return it. Louisville is the first city with live stations. Wider Kentucky and Florida Power coverage is still planned.
Search looks through stations already on the Louisville map.
Business
Organizations can already host Power stations and talk with UPICK about mobility programs. Dedicated fleet dashboards are in development and are not a live operations product yet.
