UPICK™

Tow work dispatched through the UPICK network

Tow operators on UPICK are independent businesses. They join the operator network, complete the checks the product requires, and take jobs they are approved for.

Dispatch arrives from customer requests placed in the web app. Navigation, job status, messaging, and earnings live in the operator tools—the same family of screens rideshare drivers and roadside providers use.

UPICK remains not a towing company. The operator page is an invitation onto a network, not a claim that every truck in Kentucky or Florida wears an UPICK wrap.

Approvals are specific

Towing approval is not rideshare approval. If you also run roadside or oil-change work, those are additional service flags, not automatic add-ons.

What a job looks like

Pickup, destination, vehicle notes, and a quoted customer request. You accept work you can actually complete. Completion updates the customer-facing track.
