Account deletion

You can request deletion of your Upick account and associated personal data on our Delete your Upick account page. To request deletion of specific eligible personal data without closing the account, use Request data deletion. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security, insurance, or regulatory purposes.
