Why operators join UPICK
Work you can review first
Eligible jobs show pickup, destination, and service details before you accept. You only see work you are approved to perform.
One account, service-specific approval
Apply once. Rideshare, towing, roadside, and oil change each have their own approval. A ride approval does not add towing.
Checkout stays on the platform
Customers pay in the UPICK web app. You are not asked to collect cash for platform jobs.
How to start
- Create an operator account and complete the documents the product asks for.
- Get approved for each service you want to take.
- Go online and review incoming jobs you can complete.
- Finish the job in the app. Earnings land in the operator wallet.
Pay and fees
On completed rideshare trips, UPICK keeps 5% of the fare, with a $50 cap per operator each UTC week.
Towing pay is calculated from the locked customer quote. The published catalog applies a 12% platform fee plus card processing—separate from the rideshare weekly cap.
Mobile oil-change pay is calculated from the itemized estimate. The current market table uses a 12% platform fee, not the rideshare weekly cap.
Roadside jobs show pickup and service details before you accept. A public roadside take-rate is not published here.
Earnings appear in the operator wallet. Cash-out uses the payout account connected during onboarding. We do not publish a guaranteed deposit time.
