Safety tools built into every UPICK request
Safety on UPICK is a set of product tools around a live request: know who you matched with, share status with someone you trust, and reach in-app support if something feels wrong.
Rideshare includes trip sharing, driver messaging, and a safety hub in the customer account. Vehicle services keep live tracking after an operator is assigned so you are not waiting without a signal.
Guardian is launching soon as a broader safety-tracking offering. Until that product is live, treat the safety hub and trip tools in the web app as the current surface—not a finished Guardian launch.
During a ride
Set pickup and destination before you request, review the category and fare, then follow the driver on the map. Share the trip when you want a trusted contact to see the same status you see.
During a vehicle job
Towing, roadside, and oil change use assignment and tracking so the job is not a black box. You still decide whether to commit after the quote or fare is visible.
If you need help from the company
Use in-app support on an active request when you can. For account or site questions, email support@upicktowing.com. Do not wait on a social inbox; this site does not list official social profiles.
