Which ride categories are available?
The request screen can show UPICK X, Comfort, XL, and BLACK. What you can actually request depends on the trip and who is approved and online.
Can I schedule a ride for later?
The live request is for a ride now. Timed pickups are not a separate public product on this page.
Where is rideshare available?
Florida and Kentucky, when an approved driver is online. Coverage is checked on the request—not assumed for an entire state.
