Repair shops are a natural destination for UPICK tows and a natural origin for customer rides when a car is staying overnight. A dedicated shop program is planned, not shipped as self-serve.
You do not need a special portal for a customer to name your bay as the tow destination today. The planned program is about making that coordination less ad hoc.
Mobile oil change is a separate live service that happens at the vehicle, not a claim that UPICK is opening competing bays.
Repair-shop programs are not a live self-serve product. Destination shops can still appear on individual tow requests without a special portal.
Tows that already know the destination
Customers can set a shop as the drop-off on a live tow request. That is the current path. A shop-branded dispatch inbox is not something this page pretends exists.
