Upick users can request deletion of specific eligible personal data without deleting their entire Upick account. You do not need to install the app to submit this request.

Choose one or more categories of eligible personal data. After we verify that you own the account, Upick deletes or clears that information where legally and technically appropriate. Your login remains active.

What may be retained
Certain information may be retained when legally or operationally required, including:
- Transaction and payment records
- Tax and accounting records
- Fraud-prevention and security records
- Chargebacks and disputes
- Insurance and safety records
- Records required by law or to enforce Upick agreements
Uninstalling the Upick app does not delete this data or your account. Use this page or the full account-deletion page instead.
