A clear definition of UPICK
UPICK is a connected mobility platform. The company is UPICK Network LLC. The site is joinupick.com. Customers request transportation and vehicle services. Independent operators fulfill them.
That definition is intentionally narrower than a slogan. UPICK is not 'the Uber of everything,' and it is not a towing company that added a rideshare button as decoration.
Live services on the web app are rideshare, towing, oil change, roadside, and the operator network. Other catalog items remain coming soon or launching soon. Native apps are coming soon.
Platform versus single-service brand
A single-service brand would pick towing or rides and stop. UPICK keeps those verticals in one account because a customer’s day does not respect org charts.
Independent operators on a platform
The people who show up are independent providers. The software matches, tracks, and settles. That split is the company, not a footnote.
Power is related, not the definition
Portable power-bank sharing is a product in the family. It does not redefine UPICK as a hardware utility, and it does not get fake operational station counts in this explainer.
