Tools operators use to take jobs and get paid
The operator platform is the other half of UPICK. Customers request. Operators accept. The software in the middle has to work for both or the network is a brochure.
Live tools include job lists, navigation into a request, messaging, document checks, service approvals, and wallet features. Sign-in is in the product, not buried in this paragraph.
Multi-service operators can hold more than one approval. They still only see work they are allowed to take.
Jobs and status
Incoming requests, active jobs, and completion all live in the operator experience. A tow does not use a rideshare-only screen and hope for the best.
Earnings
Wallet and cash-out tools exist in the operator product. This page does not publish a fake take-rate. Customer checkout is a separate story on the payments page.
Who should read this
Drivers, tow operators, roadside providers, and oil-change technicians considering the network—and anyone comparing the operator tools to the customer web app.
