How checkout works on UPICK
Payments on UPICK happen in the product. Customer checkout uses Stripe in the app. That is the high-level fact this page is willing to state.
Rideshare shows an upfront fare before you request. Towing and other vehicle jobs quote before you commit. Those numbers belong to the request you are looking at, not to a blog table we invented.
UPICK Power is the exception where a published catalog exists: Louisville Standard lists time tiers in the app. Even there, checkout amounts are the source of truth if they differ from marketing copy.
Mobility jobs
Pay for the ride, tow, roadside visit, or oil change you actually booked. This page will not fabricate service fees, surge multipliers, or operator commission percentages.
Power rentals
Louisville Standard is the published in-app plan for the Power pilot. Tiers such as $1.99 per 30 minutes up through a $9.99 24-hour maximum appear in that catalog, plus a 5-minute grace period and a $39.99 lost or non-return fee. If checkout shows something else, trust checkout.
Operators
Providers use wallet and cash-out tools in the operator product. Customer payment and operator earnings are related but not the same screen.
