Everyday rides in the standard category
UPICK X is the standard category for day-to-day trips. It is the ride you request when you need to get across town without stepping up to XL seating or BLACK.
The flow matches the rest of rideshare: pickup, destination, upfront fare, independent driver, live tracking. X is a vehicle category, not a separate company.
Choose XL if the group needs extra seats. Choose BLACK if you want the premium black-car option. The fare for each category is shown before you confirm.
When X is the right request
Use X for typical passenger trips in Florida and Kentucky launch markets. If luggage or passenger count will not fit a standard car, look at XL before you request.
What you see in the app
The rideshare request screen lists categories side by side. X is one of those rows. After you request, tracking and receipts follow the same pattern as XL and BLACK.
