From pickup pin to drop-off, step by step
UPICK rideshare is a short sequence. You do not need a new account for X versus XL. You do not leave the platform to see the fare.
The matching step depends on independent drivers who are approved and available in Florida or Kentucky. This walkthrough does not invent average wait times.

1. Pickup, destination, category
Drop a pin for pickup, enter the destination, and choose UPICK X, XL, or BLACK. Airport trips use the same fields with more care about which door you mean.
2. Fare, then request
Review the upfront fare for the category you selected. Confirm only when that number is acceptable. Then the request can go to an independent driver.
3. Track, ride, receipt
Follow assignment on the map, ride to the destination, and keep the receipt in activity. Safety tools such as trip sharing sit in the same customer account.
