How UPICK connects riders, drivers, and vehicle services
UPICK uses the same broad pattern across live services: you request work, you see pricing or an upfront fare, an independent operator can accept, and you follow status until completion.
The details change by vertical. A ride needs pickup, destination, and a category. A tow needs vehicle information and a drop-off. An oil change confirms the engine before materials are quoted. Roadside starts from the problem in front of you.
Nothing on this page invents average wait times or guaranteed arrival windows. Matching depends on which approved operators are available in Florida and Kentucky.
Request
Open the web app, choose rideshare, towing, oil change, or roadside, and enter the facts the job cannot guess: where you are, where the vehicle should go, and what kind of help you need.
You stay in one UPICK account. You do not start over as a new customer every time the problem is a tire instead of a ride.
Match
UPICK connects the request with an independent operator approved for that service. You see a fare or quote before you commit, rather than discovering the number after the truck is already moving.
Track and finish
After assignment, follow live status through arrival and completion. Receipts stay attached to the same request so the job has a clear ending.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate app for each service?
No. Live mobility services share the UPICK web app and one customer account. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon.
Who shows up to complete the job?
An independent operator on the UPICK network who is approved for that service type—not a generic promise that UPICK owns every vehicle.
Can I see the price first?
Rideshare shows an upfront fare before you request. Towing and other vehicle jobs are built around a quote before you commit.
