Rideshare tracking covers the driver from assignment through drop-off. Towing, roadside, and oil change use the same idea for trucks and vans so you are not refreshing a blank status page.
Guardian, launching soon, is about a broader safety-tracking story. It is not required to follow a live ride today.
What tracking is for
Knowing whether someone is actually on the way, sharing status with a trusted contact on a ride, and having a record of the job that later becomes a receipt.
What tracking is not
A promise that an operator exists within a made-up number of minutes. Availability is still a function of who is online in Florida and Kentucky.
