Battery jump service at your location
Jump start service on UPICK is a roadside request for a dead battery. You pin the vehicle, describe what you are seeing, and an independent provider can be dispatched to jump it.
A jump is not a new battery install unless the operator offers that separately. If the car still will not run, the next honest request is often a tow to a shop.
Florida and Kentucky are the launch markets for this live service. There is no invented 'average jump time' on this page.
When a jump is the right first step
Lights are dim, the starter clicks, or the car died after sitting. If you smell fuel, see damage, or the vehicle is in a dangerous spot, say so in the request and consider whether a tow is safer.
After the engine starts
Drive long enough to charge if that is appropriate for the vehicle, or head to a shop if the battery is clearly finished. UPICK can also connect a tow if the jump is not enough.
